Health information
The information on our website, in our newsletter and on our radio program is for general education. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from your doctor or other health care professional. Always read product labels, and talk with your health care professional before starting a supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have a medical condition.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Products and prices
We try to describe our products and prices accurately. Product images may differ slightly from the product you receive (for example, after a label update). Prices and availability can change without notice.
Quantity discounts and specials apply as shown in your cart. Weekly and monthly specials are valid only for their stated dates. Only one discount applies to a product at a time.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel orders for that product, even after they’re placed. If you’ve already been charged, we’ll refund you in full.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may limit quantities or decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud; if we do, we’ll let you know and refund any charge.
We accept payment by credit and debit card, processed securely by Square. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.
Shipping and returns
Shipping costs, delivery and returns are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your password confidential. You’re responsible for activity under your account; tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
Using our website
Please don’t misuse our website: don’t interfere with its operation, try to gain unauthorized access, or copy or scrape its content for commercial use. The text, images, logos and other content on our website belong to Healthy Way or its suppliers and may not be reused without permission.
Our website may link to other websites. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Our website and its content are provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these terms, and our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that can’t be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Snohomish County, Washington.

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its date, applies to orders placed after it’s posted.
