We ship anywhere in the United States with USPS (United States Postal Service), including Alaska and Hawaii. We don’t ship to U.S. territories or outside the United States.
- Free shipping on orders of $149 or more (after discounts).
- $6.95 flat-rate shipping on orders under $149.
During the warmer months, we ship items like softgel capsules with cold packs.
When you place an order online, you see the exact cost, including shipping, before you pay. When your order ships, we email you a tracking link.
Returns
You may return unopened, resalable items with your receipt within 30 days of in-store purchase or online delivery for a full refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
We pay the return shipping for online purchases if the return is a result of our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item).
- In-store purchases: visit the store during our open hours and bring your receipt.
- Online purchases: contact us with your order number and the product(s) you need to return. We’ll reply with instructions for returning your items.
