A few years ago I stopped taking Bio-Life C and within a few months was hit with a bad case of the flu. After recovering I resumed taking Bio-Life C and have not been sick since. Four per day keeps the doctor away.

I call BioLife C a "miracle vitamin" as it does so much in my life. I take 4 - 6 a day and along with many of the other Healthy Way products, I very seldom ever get sick; maybe once a year, if that. So, praise God for this basic vitamin.
