Alive and Well
I love "Alive and Well" for the extra energy that it gives. Two years ago when my 58 year old son died, I called, asking what would help me in my grieving. Tom recommended Alive and Well and it was a lifesaver in helping me to relax and be calm in the day with more energy, as well as sleeping good at night. I also was taking a 3 mg Melatonin before bed.
