Stay away from supplements that have any Dicalcium Phosphate or TriCalcium Phosphate.

The body doesn't absorb these bad forms of calcium, these forms have been said to be like using cement in your body. Bad forms of calcium such as these have been said to cause accumulation in the body to wrong places like kidneys, gallbladder, joints, and arteries. Sounds awful. Don't pay for supplements that have this bad stuff in them. Read labels and take a pass on supplements with any bad ingredients.
