Golden E Complete™ has a new label from Rex Smith Nutrition. It’s the same amazing Vitamin E that was under the Premium Nutrition label, just under a new label name, and a name you can trust.

Rex Smith On Golden E Complete

These are some notes taken from a recent Focus On Nutrition Radio program with Rex Smith, Nutrition Researcher. Here are some things he mentioned:

GE

Golden E Complete™ has four types of vitamin E in its formula: alpha, beta, gamma, and delta. Golden E Complete™ is balanced without too much of any single type. All four are necessary and critical. These forms of vitamin E are derived from healthy food sources in a way that doesn't ruin their health benefits.

Golden E Complete Nourishes

  • It helps nourish and moisturize every cell in your body inside and out
  • It particularly supports healthy skin, which indicates how your inside cells are performing
  • It also supports brain health, heart health, circulation, and energy
  • Aids red blood cells in reproducing healthy versions of themselves

You can improve even failing health by working with and supporting what is still alive in your body. Stress and old age aren't the problem. The body needs the proper nutrients in the right amounts to cope.

How Many Can We Take

Most people take 4-8 per day. Golden E was part of what saved Rex's Dad's life, along with other supplements. Rex said the amount of vitamin E that most experts recommend is nowhere near enough. While experimenting with your dose, if you feel the same or better that's good news, if you feel worse in any way, back off your dose. Try only one new thing at a time so you know what is doing what.

Bad Forms Of Vitamin E

Avoid bad forms of vitamin E. They are either derived from petroleum or bad food sources. An upper or lowercase "L" after the "D" in D alpha-tocopherol is an indicator of bad vitamin E. However, not all bad versions include the letter "L"; some appear natural but are very poorly made or unbalanced and from bad raw materials.

Studies Are Often Deceiving

Studies can be deceiving. They can make bad forms look good by using VERY small amounts and make good forms look bad by using VERY high amounts. Symptoms, not blood tests, should be the determinate for the effectiveness of supplements.

Avoid high gamma vitamin E products. Avoid all bad forms of vitamin E.....even in skincare products.

Testimony Of Lisa From Portland, Oregon

I was in a car accident and I suffered some real damage to my legs. One leg seemed to heal well, but I have had continued problems in the other one, which has resulted ina lot of discomfort. A therapist said that he felt I had “Dysfunctional Scar Tissue.”

I have tried several things, including the High DHA and High EPA fish oil, walking, and massage. Everything seemed to help initially, but after a while, the symptoms would come back again. I finally added the Golden E Complete™ capsules and this seemed to be the missing piece to the puzzle. I realize this now because I ran out for a time and this confirmed that it was the Golden E Complete™ that was making the difference.
