I met Rex Smith about 30 years ago. I heard him on his radio program, then went to meet him at a personal appearance at a local health food store. I started taking quite a few of the Premium Nutrition supplements. Zinc Plus™, LifeMag™, Alive and Well™, Nature’s Wellness™, and Sight Power™. Over time as I learned more, and as more things were made by Premium, I added several things as time went on.

When I first started taking the Premium Nutrition Sight Power™, I started with 2 capsules, and within a week I noticed I could see better at night. I was only in my late twenties, and I couldn’t see well at night and didn’t like to drive at night. Probably the high-sugar, high-carb diet I was consuming all my life wrecking my eyes, just a guess.

Since I did well on the 2 capsules of Sight Power™ per day and had such a good result with being able to see clearly at night, I quickly decided to up Sight Power™ capsules to 6 daily. Then I noticed immediately that my eyes didn’t feel tired like they used to, and they became clearer during the day. I was amazed at all that, and I decided to continue on with the 6 capsules daily.

Fast forward two years, and I was getting an eye exam, and my eye doctor kept looking at my eyes through a machine, and then looking at his paper, back and forth, visibly he was looking very puzzled. He did this about 5 times. He finally said I don’t know how it happened, but your eyes are a prescription better than your last exam.

Then another eye formula came out by the same formulator of Premium Sight Power™ called Premium Nutrition VitaVision 700™. It is a larger capsule, so I decided to just take 1 capsule at the time. Immediately after taking it with my normal amount of Sight Power™, I noticed a calm that came over my body. This was a VERY unexpected benefit. My body has often over the years felt hyper, anxious, and such (probably all the sugar and processed carbs stripping my nutrients). I don’t eat like that anymore, but over half my life I did, and it took a toll.

Fast forward another year, and my eyes started getting blurry, and I thought, oh no my eyes have gotten worse, so I went to the eye doctor earlier than I normally would have. Now many years later, I’m 57, and my eyes have not changed prescriptions since the three times in the first five years. But my eyes have stayed the same prescription all that time.
